      Pros

      I've gotten to work on some really interesting projects over the years across the US and have gotten great practical experience. The offices from the east coast to west are very friendly, easy to talk to and very experienced engineers/scientists. Highly recommend. Be willing to travel.

      Cons

      The work load can be hectic at times. Will need to work some weekends. Work life balance can be difficult.

      Pros

      Genuinely feel like the company cares about its employees and innovation, which I think brings natural success and good morale. Everyone is very smart, helpful, and has a good sense of humor.

      Cons

      Health insurance is a little weak.
