There are so many, but the most critical con is that this role is 100% a call center. No sales, no negotiating, no presentation. Just make your calls and worry not for properly vetting a customer. If you are ok with BS calls then by all means apply.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear your experience didn’t meet our high standards. At Schneider, we’re committed to providing meaningful career development, supported by professional training programs and accessible pathways for growth.
Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.
Cons
$12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving.
Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive.
Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.

Thank you for your feedback and review. We review pay weekly to make sure it's competitive in the marketplace. We have an open door policy and always want to hear concerns like this from our drivers. Drive safe.
