      Corporate facilities, great group of people, opportunity for advancement (thought it takes time), long tenured leadership.

      Cons

      Changing strategy having to report to the street. Chasing numbers every 90 days/reacting to competitor news.

      They value safety, equipment is fantastic.

      The work is non-stop and "no" isn't an option.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
