Pros

They hire brand new drivers and train them.

Cons

They have trucks that can run 65 but you can only do 62. If you run over 62 for to long they will not pay you a bonus. If you run late you. Lose your bonus. Catch 22 system if you dedicated in heavy traffic. In 4 months only got bonus 1 time. They you like dirt. Pay is low and you will work alo 14. Hrs everyday 600 a week take home if you are lucky with out bonus pay. Skip this job and save a headache.

Excellent Training till you're on the road.

Cons

Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
