      The pro about working at Schneider is that it has many opportunities to get bonuses. That is all.

      Cons

      There are so many Cons. No talking on the phone, even with a Bluetooth. Never get you home on time. Slow days. Sometimes might have to wait hours for a load.

      Pros

      Excellent Training till you're on the road.

      Cons

      Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
