      Pros

      Good people, willing and able to work with your needs, dependable company, decent pay, freight available every state (I think), very nice motel accommodations when truck is in the shop for days. Pay every week.

      Cons

      I hate the old Kenworth equipment I have. I'd like a 2 bunk sleeper or a Volvo but I don't want to make demands unnecessarily. (They don't have Volvos.) The truck's computer tablet can be frustrating and time wasting. Can't get through to dispatch at night! Stupid rules about cooking in trucks.. Orientation had awful food provided

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
