      Pros

      Will hire anybody with a CDL and clean driving record. If you quite you can easily get rehired after 6 months.

      Cons

      Very Poor Training for management. no work/life balance.

      Pros

      Excellent Training till you're on the road.

      Cons

      Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
