7yWe're sorry you didn't have the best experience but are happy you enjoyed friendly people, good driver support and good equipment. Safety is our core value and we will never make you drive in unsafe conditions. Drivers have stop authority if they ever feel unsafe driving. For driver pay, we have made big updates to driver pay and have a team that reviews pay weekly to make sure it's competitive in the marketplace. Thanks for the feedback and take care.
