Pros

Grew my cold calling experience, well known company, a lot of young people, food days, nice hours eight to four.

Cons

Basically you make all the calls that the brokers and sales persons can't make any profit on. In the beginning they promise structure and unlimited possibilities for a job. By the end you realize that you are just cheap customer service, and chances of getting a job are low. Overall you’re just a number.

Excellent Training till you're on the road.

Cons

Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
