      Pros

      -Dispatcher was good -Training was very useful, better than most megacarriers -They use an ELD Tablet that is MUCH better than the standard Qualcomm For your first year of driving they will babysit you for your first couple months, and you will appreciate it can be tough to learn the trade.

      Cons

      -Garbage pay -Average load is around 250-300 miles, and they DEFINITELY short your pay on them -They give a lot of "relay" loads that are generally less than 100 miles. Not kidding. -Equipment is mediocre, almost all frieghtliner cascadias. 2017 and newer. Standard megacarrier quality. This is a megacarrier. You are a number and you will be treated like a number. Get your first 6 months to a year of seat-time here then get out, there are MUCH better paying carriers out there

      Excellent Training till you're on the road.

      Cons

      Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
