Pros
Flexible work arrangement and managers were very receptive to audit and interested in collaborating to address control weaknesses.
Cons
Internal Audit department is going through a lot of changes. Senior Management regularly fails to communicate expectations, holds unreasonable expectations due to not having worked in the company long or understanding audit or business processes, and regularly changes deliverable expectations at the last minute. ("Moving the cheese" was said much too often).
