      Pros

      Reported to an outstanding leader while I was there. Company is very big, and has the financial strength to offer its employees excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Company is not very loyal. Stability for anyone is highly questionable. They go through people quite a bit, and don't think twice about eliminating jobs regardless of many years of service and loyalty. They also make promises they have no intention of keeping just to get what they need out of you.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
