      The leaders are pretty humans always are worried about that you feel fine, and comfortable always are giving you new challenges

      Cons

      It's a work in the logistics industry so always has a lot of the work and that could be so exhausting.

      Pros

      Dedicated local account, driver leaders are nice, equipment is decent.

      Cons

      $12/hr on duty, not driving pay. That’s ridiculous and includes everything except driving. Work can be inconsistent at times, hours can be long, no holiday or mileage bonus pay for a long time after hire, benefits are expensive. Schneider won’t allow drivers to use Bluetooth or any other hands-free device, INCLUDING HEARING AIDS, to receive calls while driving. This makes having a life outside of work and scheduling appointments almost impossible.
