Pros
Large company, multiple drop yards, multiple dedicated jobs, decent equipment, 95% no touch freight. There are many opportunities for drivers in terms of freight, time on the road, parking locations, and non driving job opportunities if you want to transition out of a cdl position.
Cons
Terrible communication between drivers, managers, and various departments. Almost impossible to get ahold of anyone to get anything done in a timely manner. Job related technology is outdated, barely works, and can get in the way of performing the job.
