Pros

Easily some of the most technically gifted people you'll ever work with. The opportunity to work with a wide variety of software products.

Cons

Self-induced hysteria by Directors and VPs. Horrible work/life balance. Unattainable goals and deadlines, if you're not 100% you're a failure. Company values are slogans, what you'll really see is racism and sexism.

Pros

Excellent Training till you're on the road.

Cons

Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
