Pros
One of the few companies willing to train new drivers in the bulk division, compared to other companies (from what I hear about those companies) schneider is good with home time. I'm OTR bulk, I work 3wks, and get 6 days home time, or I can stay out longer if I chose. Different programs, and positions to shoot for
Cons
Sitting around waiting for work, and being away from home. Not really their fault though, biggest problem is picking up a tank from tank wash, and the tank is either not there, or dirty, then you call management, they'll have you on the phone for 45 to over an hour finding you another tanker which eats away your drive time
