- Company favors the corporate location in Green Bay above all other locations. This applies to your year end bonus as well. - External departments favor accounts with highest revenue first which often results in power struggles and lack of support. - Senior leadership tends to lean on mid level managers to take responsibility for unavoidable issues to avoid losing face with the customers.
