      Benefits, decently busy, pay on time every friday

      Cons

      too big of a company so a lot of corporate control on DOT hours, work life balance isnt great but thats regular for trucking

      Pros

      Excellent Training till you're on the road.

      Cons

      Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
