      You can at least build experience on the road by being in a truck

      Cons

      They have too many ways to not pay you. They will try to pay you under minimum wage if you earn hourly, and will just flat out not pay you for time spent driving.

      Pros

      Excellent Training till you're on the road.

      Cons

      Basically, you are supposed to know it all immediately. Then when you ask a question instead of support you get tossed to the wayside. This is not for someone that cannot be away from family you will likely be out for 3 weeks. For me that was fine till I wasn't.
