Pros
It’s a good starting point in your trucking career, especially if you are fresh out of trucking school like I was when I joined. It’s pretty good if you can get on a decent Schneider account that pays well. I’m working 2 years in counting until I do owner op some day!
Cons
Starting out, I wasn’t getting paid very well but the mileage was insane. I initially started out with 55 cpm until I transferred to Jeffersonville, Ga Schneider account and started making 65cpm plus good miles! Just make sure u look on Schneider job site before applying so you can start out with decent pay off the start. Also, they are strict on safety, but once you know the ins and outs, its not bad
