Pros
Constant Advocation, Support, and Communication Being new to contracting, a lot of information was foreign to me prior to speaking to the wonderful recruiter at SFS. This is my first time going the contract way for a job, so I was a little nervous about the whole process. From the get go, my recruiter was absolutely phenomenal with communication with me over the phone, finding me different prospects, and actually getting to know me. When looking for a job, it is always stressful having to communicate with so many different people. She made that PERFECT for me. Within a week, I had interviewed with three different schools. The recruiter originally gave me five to choose from, and after the three interviews, we debriefed them and decided upon a first choice. In less than a week from getting an offer, I was starting at the school. My neeeds, wants, and worries were always taken care of from my amazing recruiter. When I started, I thought maybe she would be the only point of contact, but I was wrong. My relationship manager reached out to me, and she is just as amazing as my recruiter.Also-who knew a company would have a relationship manager?! SFS truly shows that they care about all parties involved. My relationship manager checks in on me weekly, if not daily, and the way the two of them work together is phenomenal. Not only do they support you as a human being, but also advocate for your needs, and ensure that you feel happy, safe, and welcome at your placement. The are always avaialble for questions, concerns, or to simply vent. I did not know how I would like to work as someone who was contracted, but SFS has been eye opening. I can see myself working with both my recruiter and my relatiohship manager for many years to come in the future. If those two are an example of everyone at SFS, which I truly believe they are, then I am confident I made the right decision choosing SFS. Thank you to them!!! Pros My recruiter and relationship manager, communication, hourly rate of payment, advocation, health insurance is really amazing!!. PD reimbursement, supply reimbursement, Holiday pay. easy onboarding process, easy reference checks and background check
Cons
No bereavement days for a grandparents death, and not being paid over breaks when not working
