      Pros

      Great place to work. Focused on the Member and team-member not on the numbers. Senior leaders do what is right not what makes the most money. If you want to work someplace that is making a difference in the lives of others this is the place to be. Wonderful benefits including a great 401 k match.

      Need to put in your time and prove yourself.

      Health care Benefits Coworkers were nice

      Cons

      Pay was low for what they expected. Micromanaging was at an all time high. The company would always boast about how much they made the year before but they would give their employees a cookie instead of a bonus or raise. Advancement opportunities was rare.
