      Stable, good benefits, moderate pressure (as opposed to high/insane pressure) environment. The organization as a whole seems to truly care about its Members and the communities that it serves.

      Cons

      The pro of being moderate pressure comes with the con of being somewhat slow moving at times. Misaligned priorities and urgency between departments can lead to contentious situations.

      Health care Benefits Coworkers were nice

      Cons

      Pay was low for what they expected. Micromanaging was at an all time high. The company would always boast about how much they made the year before but they would give their employees a cookie instead of a bonus or raise. Advancement opportunities was rare.
