Pros

Great place to work, the health benefits are 100% covered and the company takes great care on Members and Team Members. There are some very good managers there who take the time to listen but as with any company there are those that are not.

Cons

There are Policies and Procedures in place but since they work in the "gray" they can change it to their own benefit. Good and bad.. They lack direction and when you try to find an answer you have to find it a slew of multiple directions that make it so time consuming, its makes it a waste of time. The policies and procedures need to be revamped so it can be easily accessed and will others grow on their own. But a lot of the senior management do not like change and see it more as a threat. That is why the company being as great can never move to the #1 spot for so long. You will see how outdated processes are. They say they save paper but still waste a ton in their processes. Don't assume that just because the company is great that there are always great people. Unfortunately there are many toxic and fake people who get by pretending they are awesome but lie to get by. So word of advice NEVER TRUST ANYONE. You are assigned task and when they ask you, you are volenTOLD not volunteered.. The company has a great culture, but as said there are many fake people who pretend to follow the culture that many the environment toxic for those who do not tolerate fake people.

Pros

Health care Benefits Coworkers were nice

Cons

Pay was low for what they expected. Micromanaging was at an all time high. The company would always boast about how much they made the year before but they would give their employees a cookie instead of a bonus or raise. Advancement opportunities was rare.
