Pros

Others have pointed out the great benefits, which are true. Although as the economy dips, so does the level of the benefits extended. Also, most managers are really with personal time needs versus workload. Since it is not a fast paced environment, it is a pretty relaxed workplace.

Cons

Reading the postings of the other reviewers, one can ascertain which review came from a lower level employee versus a management level employee. Because lower level employees are not exposed to the politics and personality conflicts at the upper management level, they will not understand that all is not as it seems. Having been exposed to the hyprocrisy of it, it is really hard not to warn potential employees that if s/he wants to work in an environment where management appreciates the full potential of its workforce, this is not it. As one of the previous posts mentioned, one should do well here if one is not overly ambitious or brilliant. Otherwise, one will have to deal with long timers who feel threatened not only by change, but also self doubt.

Pros

Health care Benefits Coworkers were nice

Cons

Pay was low for what they expected. Micromanaging was at an all time high. The company would always boast about how much they made the year before but they would give their employees a cookie instead of a bonus or raise. Advancement opportunities was rare.
