Advancement challenges - Service Delivery Representative III SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union Employee Review

Pros

Great benefits, snacks available and respectable pay

Cons

If in the contact center it is hard to advance and they do put freezes on being able to advance, getting training done to promote and/or job shadowing. It seems as though they cannot stay staffed well enough so they make up by unscheduling training or prolonging it. It is also a bit unorganized.

Pros

Health care Benefits Coworkers were nice

Cons

Pay was low for what they expected. Micromanaging was at an all time high. The company would always boast about how much they made the year before but they would give their employees a cookie instead of a bonus or raise. Advancement opportunities was rare.
