Pros

if you want the best experience working at SchoolsFirst, apply to be a Branch team member. There aren't that many opportunities for growth in back-office positions. - fully paid benefits (medical, dental, vision) - thanksgiving bonus of $50-250 and Christmas bonus of $200 - Positive Team environment - Cafe onsite at Tustin location - 10-70 cent hourly raise each year based on preformance

Cons

- Not a lot of opportunities for growth in back-office positions - Rarely approve WFH/Hybrid positions - PTO must be requested in advance at the beginning of each year by seniority. - No Covid Pay - Back office is too low of pay for the work we do - Required to work until 7:15pm which leads to lower quality of life

Pros

Health care Benefits Coworkers were nice

Cons

Pay was low for what they expected. Micromanaging was at an all time high. The company would always boast about how much they made the year before but they would give their employees a cookie instead of a bonus or raise. Advancement opportunities was rare.
