      You receive mileage compensation and get to telecommute for work. It a very special flexible schedule and management is understanding of work/life balance.

      It is hard to move up since the position is not tiered. You can stay in the same position for years.

      Health care Benefits Coworkers were nice

      Cons

      Pay was low for what they expected. Micromanaging was at an all time high. The company would always boast about how much they made the year before but they would give their employees a cookie instead of a bonus or raise. Advancement opportunities was rare.
