Pros
Schools first federal credit union is one of the best places to work in California. They truly believe that their Members or the customer comes first. There isn't another financial institution like them. They pay their team well and they take good care of them.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have much to say that is negative about the company. It is always challenging for a smaller to midsize company to grow as there are always growing pains. However, with the goal focused on providing excellent service to its customer base, the right strategies surface and challenges work themselves out.
