Pros

- Competitive pay and benefits - large-scale projects: Being part of a well-known company means access to bigger projects, more tools, and cross-functional collaboration. - Brand recognition - Challenging and growth-oriented work In digital gaming and creative tech, there are opportunities to work on innovative projects and expand skill sets.

Cons

While salaries are competitive, benefits and workplace culture may feel just “okay,” with some mismatch between expectations and reality.

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.

Cons

work/life balance, management, office politics and favoritism, lack of organization and communication, very inclusive unless you're a woman and have an opinion, job titles do not match role expectations and job duties
