Pros

- Great place to work with good job stability - Good compensation and employee benefits - Good HR team, lately have taken some bold and critical decisions based on the facts which helps to foster a healthy and equal opportunity workplace for everyone. - Company is heading in the right direction under the new leadership.

Cons

Still some managers encourage/support/project inefficient and in-capable resources, so that they could use them against the right ppl. Confident that this will change in the near future.

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.

Cons

work/life balance, management, office politics and favoritism, lack of organization and communication, very inclusive unless you're a woman and have an opinion, job titles do not match role expectations and job duties
