Pros

1.Good working culture 2.Friendly people 3.Worked for 5 years and it shaped me to what i am now 4.Good Compensation for a product based company

Cons

1.Product knowledge comes first than technical skills. 2.You grow technically only out of your own interest 3.People are losing interest and Innovation has reduced drastically 4.Everyone are made to concentrate on satisfying their immediate bosses rather than focussing on product and the customers 5.Changing Priorities and volatile leadership. Leadership keeps shifting often thus contributing to lack of direction. 6.It was an awesome company when it was "Bally Technologies" , recent changes have brought in layoffs and Hikes have been suspended. 7.Each technical resources are finely chosen , But their talents are mostly untapped due to the lack of proper leadership and direction.

Thanks for sharing your feedback and your list of things you like in the company. We are a product based company hence a lot of focus on product knowledge but we are hoping that if you had issues with your immediate manager you shared it during your exit interview. We keep doing employee events every few weeks which gives an avenue for our employees to connect with colleagues apart from work. If you have a more suggestions on how do we make it better please connect with an HR Partner.

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.

Pros

Pay, share same holidays with PA DOR, experience and exposure to products and worldwide lottery and gaming

Cons

work/life balance, management, office politics and favoritism, lack of organization and communication, very inclusive unless you're a woman and have an opinion, job titles do not match role expectations and job duties
