Pros

Great technology company as Bally branded. Learning within the company and during projects were the experiences very few other similar companies can match. Resouces supporting was full-speed and people's knowledge was incredible!

Cons

Departments integration and supporting were never been smooth after SG/Bally merged. As SG, it even worsens!! From initial join to company, internal training, knowledge sharing, on-the-job project learning, the wrap-up to Support team then feed-back to Services Group seems only at TALK level of every single item! Open mind - from the mid and top management were talking well, execution never been materialized. Since 2017 - Senior Director and VP been replaced every year (around October) due to various issues and performance outcomes, just wonder - who will be next in 2019!! Very looking forward!

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.

Pros

Pay, share same holidays with PA DOR, experience and exposure to products and worldwide lottery and gaming

Cons

work/life balance, management, office politics and favoritism, lack of organization and communication, very inclusive unless you're a woman and have an opinion, job titles do not match role expectations and job duties
