Pros

7 days on 7 days off work week, decent pay for the area and 7 hours of overtime built into check, and some room for growth based on company needs. Break room with free coffee, and they like to feed you for doing extra work, like coming in extra hours to cover people on vaca and sick time. Sick and vacation time is straight allotment instead of separate, so you choose what to use it for. The management is good to work with and the other employees are knowledgeable about the job and overall friendly. There is a fairly high turnover rate, cause not everyone can work an overnight shift. Things change a lot so there is always something to do

Cons

no raises for 2015, even after we had a conversion we sill wont see raises because they bought out 2 company's and don't feel they have the money after making millions in profit to give a percentage raise.

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.

Cons

work/life balance, management, office politics and favoritism, lack of organization and communication, very inclusive unless you're a woman and have an opinion, job titles do not match role expectations and job duties
