Two individuals control the database and trouble shooting instructions that every Customer Service Representative must strictly follow. Your pay is determined by the grading and accountability of following these instructions. Unfortunately, these two persons have the writing skills of an elementary school student (I'm being generous), often omitting critical information- which frequently resulting in instructions that are incomplete at best, or cannot be followed at worse. I wouldn't mind their incompetence if it didn't effect my score and paycheck, but it does. It's hard to do my job well, when they can't do their's at all. I'm not sure why they are not held accountable for their performance. If they were, they would have been re-assigned or terminated years ago. After struggling for months, you can get by and/or overcome these glaring deficiencies, and the lack of fairness the company exhibits, but it's not a place anyone holds in high esteem.
