Pros

12 hours shift but you get 3 to 4 days off every other week. Ideal for a side hustle or schooling, parenting schedule, etc.

Cons

The pay. You only get paid $18 per hour no matter how much experience you, but a get a tiny bump if you work the night shift but not worth it. The on-boarding process takes almost a month before you get full access and have a delay in training. Beware of the manager that starts with a "P", he does not care and the complaints you record will not hear back. Office employee's are work from home, along with the some of the tech team. This place has a turn around. And don't work 12 hour night shift unless you get a big pay raise. Also, the data tech supervisors who have tenure are being paid $25. This is all at the Arizona location. Lastly they have a contract with a company and reason for the employment. When the contract ends for what ever reason, your job goes.

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.
