Pros

✅ Stable Job – If you just need job security, this company provides a steady paycheck. ✅ Office Infrastructure – Decent office space with necessary amenities. ✅ Opportunities for Learning – Some exposure to projects, but at the cost of excessive workload.

Cons

❌ Strict & Unrealistic Work Hours – Mandatory 9 AM - 6 PM office policy, no flexibility, and extra hours expected without appreciation. ❌ Terrible Work-Life Balance – Due to long commute times and additional meetings after hours, expect to spend 12-14 hours per day on work. ❌ Underwhelming Compensation – Salary not competitive compared to industry standards. The amount of effort required is not justified by the pay. ❌ No Remote Work Flexibility – Even when remote work is feasible, employees are forced to come to the office daily with no hybrid option. ❌ Toxic Higher Management & HR – Lack of empathy from HR and leadership. Employees are treated as mere resources, not as professionals with personal lives. ❌ Weekend Work – Be prepared to work on weekends if management decides there’s "urgent work"—which happens frequently.

Pros

Great work/life balance, reliable teamwork and support from management, opportunities for growth and exposure to new skills.

Cons

Coaching/overseeing a team in itself has a set of cons, which is what I primarily handle on a daily basis. This comes with any job, but you will have people on your team who need to improve on things such as lack of communication, lack of effort, no work ethic, and lack of skills. Motivating them can be difficult at times, and then you always seem to have a few who do things to avoid work. An accumulation of all these factors subsequently creates more, unnecessary, and redundant work for us. These types of people tend to eliminate themselves out over time due to poor performance and/or quit.
