Pros

Above Average Pay for role.

Cons

-Benefits are sub-par compared to industry competitors. 401k match vesting schedule is terrible. 6 years of employment required before fully vested. -Company is dishonest and unethical. -Filled role for 3.5 years with stellar performance reviews and more than 20% in pay raises. Instrumental in securing contract renewal only to be fired without explanation. -When prompted for explanation was provided with high school level made up reasons. No negative counseling of any kind for entire duration of employment. -Denied severance in spite of spotless tenure of employment. -Director level leadership is dishonest and manipulates manager pay to be less than that of direct reports. -Human resources department is woke, promoting compensation increases based upon race and gender, rather than performance, while enabling underperformers who meet the right demographic. -No opportunities for advancement beyond current role. Characteristic of all government contracting environments.
