No real cons, expect entry level experience

Executive leadership is a group of good ol' white boys who only care about their own salaries. They hire their friends. They don't listen to employees, they don't communicate with the hospitals unless its to lay people off. And they do layoffs several times a year. Have a feeling there will be investigations into their finances since they are super sketchy/probably illegal. Benefits are horrible - next to nothing healthcare coverage provided for healthcare workers - overwork their staff and don't give them coverage for the medical care they need as a result of working there.
