Expensive to work at due to their 2hour commute policy meaning you could be relocated to another office at anytime but as long as it was 2hrs each way you would be expected to pay for all travel costs or relocate yourself closer. I guess business needs come first and employees are just a number on a spreadsheet Internal promotions are thin on the ground and interview process is over complicated and long winded...HR needs to sort this out
