      Friendly company, flexible working, nice colleagues

      Cons

      Quite chaotic, limited accountability and very unclear roles and responsibilities. Limited structure to doing work and feels like a free for all. Growth has negatively affected the company as it is uncontrolled. Lots of ‘fat’ in the company. Lots of attrition due to the above.
