      Risk averse company, spear-heading the decarbonisation which is a safe industry to be in vs other energy companies (e.g. oil and gas) Opportunities for development Share Incentives Plans and Share Options opportunities also available

      Pay is not as competitive as other companies Several layers of management can be frustrating
