Worst company ever - Customer Service Representative ScottishPower Employee Review

Hardly care about what the employees are going thru worst training provided. i was only given an overview of the work and every process, no specific rules or procedures were provided. you get 1 day off a month and that adds on. whenever I have requested for an off it's always been rejected the targets are just kept so you take back-to-back calls and toil until you want to unalive yourself.
