      Starting pay was good. Was able to better understand the products that one was using on their own yard and how to combat other issues.

      Cons

      Long working days. Lots of travel that was uncompensated. Scheduled to work less than 12 hours before shift.

      Amazing work environment. Understanding management. Good pay. Set your own hours. Easy to take time off.

      Cons

      Working in different weather conditions. Lack of communication. Some people get better hours than others. Hours cut extremely low during summer. Sometimes work load can be too much for one person. No workers compensation. No benefits
