      Good benefits, most of the people good to work with, good wage. 3-5 years ago there were many opportunities and strong teams.

      Cons

      Senior management is an old boy's club and do not listen to those closer to the customers. Life work balance is non-existent; you're expected to work many hours during the season. Limited loyalty to associates; anything to improve bottom line.

      Amazing work environment. Understanding management. Good pay. Set your own hours. Easy to take time off.

      Cons

      Working in different weather conditions. Lack of communication. Some people get better hours than others. Hours cut extremely low during summer. Sometimes work load can be too much for one person. No workers compensation. No benefits
