      Work from home. Provide a car, cell phone, computer. Great management position

      Throughout my 7 years with Scotts the job continually got more and more difficult. Very little room to get promoted unless you want to move to Ohio.

      Weekly pay, 2 of the supervisors are sweet.

      Cons

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
