Pros
Loved working on my own, you even get paid DriveTime soon as you leave your driveway. You go to a conference about products in your region and their use. Management gave you freedom as long as your store(s) were in good shape and products in their right spots
Cons
Seasonal vendors start low hours early spring, then eventually full time hours or more until fall and they start cutting hours until you're laid off. It's a Seasonal job so it should be expected.
