      Since everyone seems to wear multiple hats, you get to learn a lot. A lot of ownership in your work you can be creative in the approach you use for problem solving

      Cons

      Scotts runs lean. They try to use less resources, which means more stress per employee. Boys club mentality

      Everything else, not as friendly as you they put on, Not as diverse as you think it is. Mirco-bullying and racism but they won't admit it and will try to cover it up
