I've never worked at a more dysfunctional organization in my life, and I've worked at a lot of places - big and small. Executive leadership is beyond incompetent, especially JH himself. I am astonished that he still has a job. Most upper management hasn't worked anywhere else, so they have no real experience outside of the 100 year old boys club that SMG is. And if they happen to hire people from outside who actually have something to contribute that would move the company forward, no one will listen. Additionally, I've never worked with more jerks per capita than at SMG. The way these people speak to and condescend each other is just beyond me, in an alleged professional environment.
