Flexible hours, diverse work locations, self managed for the most part, instant satisfaction of getting jobs done in a visually representative way.
Cons
Management sometimes lack effective communication, I’ve also had newer managers that ignore my many years of experience with the company and have experienced sexism from the employees (non Scott’s) at the locations we work in.
